About
My research focuses on developing a web-based tool to measure and compare organisations' resilience.
As part of this research I conducted a study to measure and benchmark the resilience of organisations in Auckland, New Zealand. In total 249 individuals from 68 organisations took part, and the results are incredibly interesting.
